Pet Policy

We love pets so feel free to bring along your dog child! Guests traveling with a pet will be charged an additional $250 deposit at check-in which will be refunded at check-out time as long as no damage is incurred. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Please contact our staff for weight restrictions for individual hotels.

  • Parking

    We do not provide parking nor have it on-site. Parking in Miami Beach can be difficult due to the popularity of the area. Most places are within walking distance. For longer trips, some of our guests use ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft.

    • Parking Lots: Here is a helpful link from the City of Miami Beach.
    • Street Parking: It's free to park on the street on Harding Ave and the area west of it. Always check for posted signs. Metered parking is available near Collins Ave with ParkMobile app.

  • Packages

    We will gladly hold our guests’ shipped packages up to 7 days prior to their arrival. Guests will be charged $5.00 plus tax, per package, after the 5th package. Packages over 20 lbs will be subject to a $10.00 plus tax handling fee per package. We suggest that guests purchase package insurance because we will not be held liable for damaged or lost packages. Guests are responsible for claiming their package(s) at the time of check-in and each time they receive a delivery notification from the carrier. You can request packages from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM at the reception.
